Vital gases limited have two office buildings within its premises, it also has a factory that houses several plants which are

• THE AIR SEPARATION PLANT
• THE CRYOGENIC PLANT

       The factory building is located in the heart of the complex. the plants produce medical and industrial oxygen.

They have double capacity of 2400m3 per day, translating into production of 240 bottles of 10m3 and 200 bar pressure or 400 bottles of 6m3 at 150 bar pressure daily.

The air separation plant is a computerized oxygen producing plant which produces high quality medical oxygen used in hospitals while our cryogenic(Univer sal Boschi) plant produces 99.99% purity oxygen Gas suitable for any level of fabrication and weldings across companies both at offshore and onshore.

Our LPG plant has 140,000 litres or 80MT Storage capacity which gives advantage for storage against scarcity or rising prices considering the flunctuations in the pricing of this line of business.

There are lots of spare parts for the Air Separation, Cryogenic plants and the yet to be installed Cylinder - Testing equipment
